The Hessle Theatre Company family pantomime is BACK in 2026. This year we bring you the spellbinding story of Sleeping Beauty in true madcap panto style.

A word from our Director

“Goodness me, I’ve been involved in panto with Hessle Theatre Company for nearly a decade now and Panto in general since the year 2000 and today was quite simply staggering! I know this is often said, but I cannot stress with more sincerity, what talent individuals brought to us today. This was the hardest Panto audition process I bet there has ever been in the whole region. WOW!

There will be some great disappointment amongst you all tonight but please know the standard for these panto auditions was unrivalled and you blew me away. Massive thanks to those who ran the day and especially the audition panel who were still here at 7.30pm working to get the cast list out to you all.”
